Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the Mukoko Studio website. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement we sign with each client before any work begins.
Using this website
You can browse the Mukoko Studio website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it — that includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping it for AI training, or interfering with how it runs.
Content on this site
Articles, case studies, design and copy on this website are © Mukoko Studio unless stated otherwise. You can link to it and quote short extracts with attribution. Please ask before republishing in full.
Case studies describe real projects we have shaped, scoped or built. Where a client is identified by name, it is with their permission. Other case studies are described as concept or founder projects.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting a contact form, exchanging emails or having an introductory call does not create a binding agreement to do work. Project work only begins once both sides have signed a written proposal or statement of work and any agreed deposit has been received.
No guarantee of results
We share our experience and recommendations honestly. Outcomes from any website, platform or AI build depend on factors outside our control — your offer, your market, how you launch and how you follow up. We do not guarantee specific business results.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mukoko Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
If we update these terms, we will refresh the date below.
