What we can deliver

A useful outcome.
A defined scope.

Choose the elements your organisation needs. The brief determines how they fit together.

An interactive map or atlas

A navigable geographic experience with the right scales, layers and filters for the people using it.

Connected property and asset records

Places linked to agreed schedules, documents, images and source references, with uncertainty kept visible.

An experience shaped around the visit

Property exploration, place-based stories or visitor journeys with clear routes into enquiry, further evidence or the next location.

A maintainable spatial system

Documented source layers, record ownership, update responsibilities and an agreed approach to publishing changes.

An independent working study is not a claim of a commissioned or approved estate project. Estate photography is credited to Somerleyton Estate. The study illustrates the studio's spatial approach.

Before we begin

Bring the context.

  • Maps, plans, GIS layers or property schedules that you are authorised to share.
  • Source references, revision dates and any unresolved geometry or ownership questions.
  • Approved photography, image rights and the decisions the visitor or user needs to make.

Acceptance & handover

Agree what good means.

  • Check map-to-record selection, source links, filters and navigation against the agreed material.
  • Test the main journeys and map performance on narrow screens and the intended devices.
  • Confirm image rights, data ownership and the distinction between supplied evidence and illustrative content.

After the handover

Agree who updates the records, source layers and stories. Data refreshes, seasonal content and new experience layers can follow a defined maintenance scope.

Scope & responsibilities

Accuracy follows the supplied evidence and agreed validation. Concept models and independent studies retain their labels; specialist surveying or planning responsibilities are defined separately when needed.

Your next step

Start with what you have.

Bring the map, plan or place records you already have. We will review the sources and the experience the information needs to support.
