Design decisions

  • Frame the whole platform around Pray, Gather, Send so the mission lands in ten seconds
  • Give 10 Times Better its own campaign world instead of a single event page
  • Ship the Prayer and Testimony Wall as a real community feature, not a form
  • Require sign in for wall posts with an identifiable contributor record
  • Keep giving simple by routing through Square rather than building payments in-house
  • Publish a proper attendee guide so the day itself feels effortless
  • Use a serif and gold accent to signal a movement with weight and history

Recorded scope

  • Founder-led homepage narrative shaped around Pray, Gather, Send
  • 10 Times Better conference page with speakers, tickets and venue detail
  • Conference programme and full attendee guide
  • Live Prayer and Testimony Wall with member posting
  • Google and email sign in with a members area
  • Give page and Square-powered donation route
  • Feedback route for attendees
  • Prophetic Countdown email capture
  • Cookies banner, Cookie Policy and plain-English trust wording
  • Mobile-first navigation with a conference callout in the top bar

Content strategy

  • Audience mapping across attendees, members, speakers, donors and the wider prayer community
  • Sitemap rebuilt around the anniversary conference, the wall and the members area
  • Homepage narrative structured as Pray, Gather, Send so first-time visitors understand the movement in seconds
  • Tone of voice tightened to feel warm, prayerful and confident without becoming cold or corporate
  • SEO and metadata shaped per page with structured data and social-ready OG cards
  • Cookies, privacy and safeguarding thinking layered under the public experience

Product functionality

  • Founder-led homepage built around Pray, Gather, Send
  • 10 Times Better conference page with speakers, ticket prices and Brushfire checkout
  • Conference Programme and Attendee Guide with running order, venue, directions, parking, on the day and FAQ

  • Prophetic Countdown email capture for seasonal reflections and rally invites
  • Cookies banner and Cookie Policy for UK data protection expectations
